The customer is dissatisfied for personal reasons (including “dislike after opening”).

Even if the item has been opened, you can still apply for a return service as long as it meets the basic return conditions (see the return conditions description for details).
II. Opened Return Policy (Important)
Macrotim LLC offers more flexible shopping protection:
Opened returns are supported in the following situations:
- Unsuitable after trying on after opening
- Dislike the style after opening
- Size mismatch
- Slightly tried on but not heavily used
Please note:
- The item must be in basic condition
- Not affecting resale (no serious stains or damage)
- Original packaging and labels (if applicable)
III. Non-Returnable Items (A Few Exceptions)
The following situations may result in non-returnable items:
- Obvious human-caused damage
- Severely worn or used (affecting resale)
- Unauthorized modification of the item
- Applications submitted after the return period

Our customer service team will review your application within 1–3 days. We will review your application within 1 business day and confirm whether it meets the return conditions.

- Return Goods
Please return the goods as requested, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe transport.
- Refund Processing
We will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned goods:

Refund Arrival: 3–10 business days (depending on payment method)
V. Refund Instructions
Refunds will be returned according to the original payment method:
Credit Card Payment → Refund to Original Card
Third-Party Payment → Refund to Original Account
Electronic Payment → Refund via Original Path
The refund amount usually includes the price of the goods (excluding shipping fees in special circumstances, depending on the order).

If you do not wish to receive a refund, you can apply for an exchange service, such as:
Changing the size
Changing the color
Changing to an equivalent or similar item
The exchange process is similar to the return process, requiring customer service to confirm inventory availability.

Return shipping costs are generally handled according to the following rules:

Customer personal reasons → borne by the customer
